Mr & Mrs. D offers digital tools, guides, and coaching experiences designed for mature adults exploring intimacy, desire, and identity. We stand by the value of what we create — and we hold clear boundaries around how and when refunds are issued.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All digital products (including PDFs, workbooks, toolkits, or bundled content) are eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase — provided the content has not been accessed.
Access is defined as:
Once access is initiated, refunds are no longer available. This is standard policy across the digital education industry, and necessary to protect the integrity of our work.
We track digital access using secure links and automated tags within our delivery system.
All coaching sessions (individual or bundled) are eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase — only if no session has been scheduled or completed.
Once coaching begins — including the booking or completion of any session — no refunds will be issued.
Coaching credits must be used within 90 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to schedule and complete your session(s) within this timeframe. Failure to use credits within 90 days may result in forfeiture without refund or extension.
You may reschedule a coaching session once, with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled time.
Exceptions for emergencies or extraordinary situations may be considered at our discretion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases for live group sessions, intensives, retreats, or special event access are non-refundable. These offerings are structured with limited capacity and often involve immediate access to proprietary materials.
If a trial or recurring subscription is offered in the future, you will receive clear notice of:
Cancellation of subscriptions must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
