Ethical Use of AI – Mr & Mrs. D

Ethical Use of AI

Effective Date: June 22, 2025

We believe in human-first work.

Every paid product, published guide, coaching session, and copyrighted resource created by Mr and Mrs D represents real hours — if not days or weeks — in front of a screen with hands on a keyboard.

At minimum, ANYTHING you get with our name and logo on it has been reviewed, refined, and approved by real people. No exceptions. That is our promise.

AI is a tool — not a replacement for presence, experience, or discernment. We use it where it sharpens the signal, never where it replaces the soul.

1. Where We Use AI

We use AI to accelerate production, not replace responsibility. Examples include:

  • Drafting or refining written content (e.g., eBooks, worksheets, landing pages)
  • Brainstorming outlines, toolkits, or structure
  • Generating original visuals or concept art for digital use
  • Streamlining our tech stack (e.g., tagging, automated replies, email personalization)
  • Supporting content deployment (e.g., scheduled social media or email systems)

2. What We Will Never Automate

  • Coaching, mentoring, or session facilitation
  • Decision-making about your privacy, data, or emotional safety
  • Live interactions, community moderation, or voice-based content without clear disclosure
  • Testimonials, reviews, or origin stories — unless disclosed as fictional or composite

Every product we sell — and every piece of paid content we publish — has passed through human hands, eyes, and final approval.

3. Our Principles

We are committed to:

  • Never using AI to deceive, impersonate, or extract without consent
  • Always disclosing when AI-generated material significantly shapes a paid product
  • Staying ahead of evolving standards for ethical digital creation and copyright
  • Holding space for nuance: we value speed, but not at the cost of trust

4. Why This Matters

We serve an audience that’s seen enough false intimacy, broken promises, and automated noise.

You deserve to know what’s real, what’s reviewed, and where the boundaries are.

That’s why we tell you this upfront: AI helps us move faster, stay sharp, and serve better. But it doesn’t make decisions. We do.

5. Looking Ahead

We expect industry and government standards around AI use to evolve quickly — and we welcome it. We’re already exploring internal labeling, metadata tags, and content disclosures to make it even clearer when and how AI contributes to the work you see.

Our goal is not just compliance — it’s leadership.

As laws and norms develop, our policies will adapt to meet them without losing the clarity or humanity we promise you now.
