Effective Date: June 22, 2025

This Privacy Policy describes how Mr & Mrs. D (a project of Restorative Journey, LLC) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you access this website, engage with our services, or purchase our products.

By using this site, you consent to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Deliver and personalize digital products and coaching services
  • Process transactions and deliver confirmation emails

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

3. Email Communications & Consent

We may send you emails based on one or more of the following:

  • You made a purchase from us

  • You provided your contact information at an event, call, or other direct interaction — whether in person or online

These emails may include product updates, coaching availability, promotions, or relevant educational content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of each message.

We honor all unsubscribe requests promptly and without retaliation.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze behavior, and provide relevant advertising through platforms like Facebook, Google, and YouTube.

You may disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not function correctly.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Tools

We use third-party services for payment processing, email marketing, video hosting, scheduling, analytics, and advertising. These may include (but are not limited to): Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics, Calendly, YouTube, ConvertKit, and Meta Ads Manager.

Your data may be stored, processed, or transmitted across servers located in the United States or internationally. Use of these services is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Security & Safeguards

We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption, password protection, two-factor authentication (2FA), and access control protocols.

However, no system is impenetrable.

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of transmitting data online. While we act in good faith to protect your data — including treating sensitive information with HIPAA-level care — we are not bound by HIPAA, nor liable for breaches caused by third parties, service providers, or force majeure events.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as it is relevant to provide services, fulfill legal obligations, or maintain business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at: [email protected]

  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Lodge complaints with a supervisory authority

We will respond to all valid requests within 30 days.

9. Data Submitted During Coaching

We will never sell, publish, or disclose these details without consent — unless required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

Again: we are not covered entities under HIPAA. We act with discretion, professionalism, and care — but cannot guarantee confidentiality against subpoenas, hacks, or data leaks.
